With Laptop Flat Rate Repair service, our Solutions depot repair team will get your laptop back up and running. We cover shipping, diagnostics, and system repair for one flat rate.
What’s included with this service?
Laptop diagnosis and triage
Laptop repair, including: Replacement / repair of non-functional components
Loading required software / drivers for component functionality
Software re-installation / hard drive replacement, if needed (Customer approval required)
Testing to verify laptop functionality after repair
Note: Laptop must NOT exhibit signs of physical or liquid damage
Shipment to and from our Depot Repair Facility
Additional fees may apply if there is screen or other physical damage
Laptops are ineligible for service if they are and/or exhibit:

Microsoft Surface Units
Configure-to-Order, Custom-Built (White Box) or Gaming PCs
Tar/Nicotine Damage
Insect Infestation
Physical abuse (drops, run over, etc.), liquid damage, power surge or multiple hardware issues

How do I receive service?
